Thanks to all for your patience with the restructuring of the TeeBall Division. This division should be sorted out and final teams set by Tuesday, April 13th. We are still taking signups in all divisions.
Thanks to all participants in the Field Work Day. A lot was accomplished and our fields are in amazing shape already this year. We do need a couple of volunteers to do some scraping and painting, also to help repair the damage to the vinyl fence behind the major field which was damaged due to some vandalism over the winter. Big thanks to Marshall Gipe for the organization and execution of the day.
Coaches
Fundraising brochures are available from Kathy Murphy as Brandon Gravelin passed out to each team at the fields over the past week. Anyone who did not practice at the park please stop by Kathy's at the entrance to the park to pick up your packets. Sales requirements for the fundraiser this year are 5 items sold per person or a $25 buyout. Prizes are awarded for the top three salespersons and a gift card for each division winner. I also have your picture package envelopes to pass out.
Schedules will be out this week.
There will be a coaches meeting on April 22 at the Janice Ward Center at 7:00.
Parents, remember that the league wears black pants and there are no metal cleats allowed before Junior division. There are also bat and glove length/size requirements. Please check with your coaches to make sure that your child's bat and glove meet regulation. Be sure to keep in close contact with your coach about your child's practices. If anyone would like to donate hot dogs to the stand this year, we use the 50 count hot dogs from Gordons Food Service. Any other donations of items to the stand are appreciated. Workers are always welcome.
